Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup

Der Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup, eine vom Yacht Club Costa Smeralda mit Unterstützung des institutionellen Partners Rolex und in Zusammenarbeit mit der International Maxi Association (IMA) organisierte Veranstaltung, findet im September statt. Die 1980 ins Leben gerufene Veranstaltung wird jedes Jahr von einer beeindruckenden Flotte aus der Spitze des Yachtdesigns und des Schiffbaus unter der Leitung international renommierter Segler besucht. Eine fünftägige Regatta, bei der die Teilnehmer auf den Küstenrouten zwischen den Inseln des Archipels von La Maddalena segeln, in der Meerenge zwischen La Maddalena und der Insel, die im Ausland als "Bomb Alley" bekannt ist.
