Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup

The Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup, an event organized by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda with the support of institutional partner Rolex and the collaboration of the International Maxi Association (IMA), is held in September. Born in 1980, every year an impressive fleet at the forefront of yacht design and shipbuilding participates, conducted by internationally renowned sailors. A five days regatta where the the participants race through the coastal paths drawn between the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago, sailing in the strait between La Maddalena and the Island, known abroad as "Bomb Alley".
